Always
concentrate on how far you've come, instead of how far you have left.
Think about the strength and endurance you've gained! Take pride in
knowing that you started and are continuing on with your health journey!
Sometimes our world puts too much focus on what we lack instead of what we have
accomplished along the way. Something to think about. Ask yourself where
were you a year ago? Celebrate the little things! Realize our lives are a
constant work in progress!
